central location, great breakfast
central location helpful staff parking discount
the hotel is in a good location near many food and drink options. it is one block from the rhine. i received a discount through the hotel at heumart city parking. the staff was friendly and helpful, answering questions and explaining nearby places of interest.
the shower room's design was not ideal. the shower stall lacked a door or wall on one side. water splashed onto the floor near the washbasin and entrance.

the staff provided excellent service explaining nearby points of interest. they readily answered all my questions and were very helpful. the reception desk operated 24 hours providing assistance at any time.

the reception staff were really helpful . i needed some directions and they provided very clear instructions. the hotel is in a great location.. it is close to many attractions. the room was clean and had all the basic amenities i needed.
The room i was in was quite small. it made moving around with luggage a bit difficult. i also found that the walls were thin. i could hear noise from the hallway at times, disruptive when i was trying to sleep. breakfast was somewhat limited. There were not many options for hot food.

convenient location quiet courtyard clean room helpful staff
I found the location convenient. The hotel sits within a courtyard, a design providing a buffer from the street noise, though some sounds from the hallway were audible. My room was clean. The staff answered my questions about local sights.
I did find the lack of on-site parking a small inconvenience. I used a public car park nearby.

Acceptable Stay, But With Noticeable Downsides
poor shower design loud cafe noise
The shower room design was quite poor. It was small! the shower lacked a proper enclosure. This meant water splashed all over the floor near the washbasin after each shower, it was annoying. noise from nearby cafes was audible late into the night. This made sleeping with the window open difficult.
